I'm Nina Emlen, and I live in Brunswick, Maine. Since the birth of my first son over 9 years ago I have become fiercely passionate about supporting women and families during pregnancy, birth, and into the postpartum days, weeks, and months. My services are judgement-free and family-focused in an effort to make the transition to parenthood (or life with more children) as calm and fulfilling as possible.

After attending births for 5 years I have decided to switch my focus to prenatal support where I can help families prepare for the birth they want, alleviate fears, process previous experiences, and make a plan for the postpartum time. I provide virtual and in-person birth and postpartum planning and education. My primary goal is to support you on your journey. There is no right way to give birth, parent, or feed your baby, only what what is best for you! 💖
